Manage your subscription
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. You can view, change, or cancel anytime in the App Store, and restore a purchase on a new device from inside the app.
Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Your subscription is handled by Apple, not by Kiwi. Open App Store → your account → Subscriptions to change or cancel it. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with, open Kiwi, and use “Restore Purchases” in Settings. Your entitlement is tied to your Apple ID.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete conversations and memories from within the app. Uninstalling Kiwi removes the app's on-device data. Conversations and memories live on your iPhone by default — Kiwi's backend keeps metadata only, never your prompt or answer text. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Does Kiwi replace Siri?
No — Kiwi works with Siri. You start it by saying “Kiwi,” and Siri opens the right flow. Your hands stay on the wheel.
Is it always listening?
No. Kiwi takes short, intentional turns — you start each one. There's no always-on microphone; Kiwi only listens during a turn you've started.
Where do my notes and conversations go?
They stay on your iPhone, ready when you park. Questions, notes, and answers from a drive are kept together in one place. (Live translations aren't saved — they happen in the moment.)
Do I have to look at the screen?
No — Kiwi is voice-first and built for CarPlay. Thinking Mode, when you switch it on, shows just enough to know it's working, without burying you in text while you drive.
What do I need to run it?
An iPhone on iOS 26.4 or later and Apple CarPlay. Your conversations and memories are available on your iPhone after the drive.
